As the rain clouds cleared letting the blue sky to emerge and the sun shine brighten the day, I started cooking breakfast.
We had some left over roast potatoes and cabbage so bubble and squeak was on the agenda. Both had come from Putton potatoes farm shop 5 miles away. The bubble was topped with a lovely free range egg from Suffolk Farmhouse Cheese just 10 mile or so away, and unaccompanied by some of their Whey fed piggy bacon.
We finished off with a beef sausage from Lower Farm Dairy over in Nayland (again about 15 miles away) and some locally sourced mushrooms from our local coop.
Unfortunately it was gone before I had a chance to take a photo.. So we included one google made earlier!
